What we collect through the pilot form
- Full name, company, work email and, if you give it, phone number.
- Type of company, number of shipments per month and city.
- The message you write about what Tamga should solve first.
We do not ask for identity numbers, card details or shipment documents on this website.
Why and on what basis
We use these details only to reply to your application, plan a pilot with you and keep in touch about it. The legal basis is your explicit consent, given with the checkbox on the form, and the fact that processing is directly needed to set up the pilot you asked for (KVKK article 5).
Who processes it for us
- The form is delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co).
- Our email is hosted by Hostinger.
- The website is served by Cloudflare.
- Questions you type into the site assistant are sent to Anthropic, our AI provider, only to generate the answer. We do not store the conversation; to limit abuse we keep a daily counter per shortened, one way hashed IP address for two days.
These providers may store data on servers outside Türkiye. By sending the form you consent to this transfer (KVKK article 9). We do not sell personal data or share it with anyone else.
What the website measures
The site counts a few anonymous events per day, such as a page view, the pilot form being opened or a guide being read, together with the page language. No cookies are set, and no IP address, name or device identifier is stored with these counts. Cloudflare may keep standard technical logs to run and protect the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser downloads them.
How long we keep it
Pilot applications are kept for as long as we are in contact about a pilot and for at most 12 months after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
Your rights
Under KVKK article 11 you can ask whether we process your data, what for, and who receives it; ask us to correct or delete it; object to a result that affects you; and claim compensation for unlawful processing. Write to [email protected]; we reply within 30 days at the latest.
